pgn file FEN : how to indicate board display is flipped ?

I've made a pgn file of problems, the position indicated by a FEN line in the header. Is there any way to indicate in the FEN or the file that the position is to be flipped, ie. displayed from Black's point of view ?

Indicating it's Black's move by putting a 'b' in the FEN's suffix does not do it. Of course recording the FEN from the bottom rank would give pawns the wrong direction.

Click on 'HOME' and then click on 'Settings'. Scroll down and uncheck the box which displays all games with White at the bottom. Save your settings, get out of chess.com and come back. Everything should be reset to display your game (Black or White) at the bottom of the screen.

You must save your settings and then log off and back in again so that the program will write your new preferences to your database. This works fine with your online games. If it doesn't work with downloading a pgn file then just tell your computer to 'flip' the screen for the game you want to view.

why would a chess PGN care about  how you look at the board?
