can i download other players pgn file?

I haven't done this but I don't see why it wouldn't work:

Go to the player's profile
Choose the type of game you want; Online or Live
Select the game(s) you want and click on the Download PGN button.

If you only want one game you can go to the game and on that page there is a Get PGN link you can use to get it.

I tested the first method I posted about and that worked. I don't know if membership level impacts that or not (other than the archived games differences between premium and basic).
