It is not clear that you are pinging the Chess.com server that would be hosting your game.
Chess.com now hosts most games on its "Realtime Chess Network", which is a series of servers located in four sites around the world.

Another post you made said you are in New Zealand. I guess that would mean that you would connect through the server in India.
