I felt like I plateud at around 1150, 1100.. was there for months and then suddenly I started beating people left and right.. I've had no enlightenment and have felt like a stronger player in the past.. but it is nice to unexpectedly climb 100 plus points in a week.. I hopefully can get to 1300 or 1350 before I plateu again

I'm no expert, but my best advise is to keep doing everything you can related to chess... If you already do a lot of tactic solving and so on, i'd recommend you use an hour or so reviewing your own standard time control games, WITHOUT consulting a computer. Realising your own mistakes will most likely prevent you from doing them again.
"One can only call himself an Expert, when he has made every single mistake possible" - Niels Bohr.
Learn from your mistakes! - That's the way to improve! - Being good at chess is basically not doing mistakes :-P
Good luck!
