Play E4 ??

If any of you have had any experience with the Play E4 group, I would appreciate getting your feedback.

I belong to the Israeli Chess Federation, which has highly recommended the group.  Browsing the E4 site, I noticed that members play for real or fake money, which somewhat turned me off.

Any comments?

I doubt it's legal here to play for real money.

If that's true, I would stay away from this group.

 But where is "here" - Bulgaria, the U.S., Israel?

On all those places I guess. But where the servers are and where the site is registered (I guess in the US).

I was speaking legal beyond Chess.com

A week ago when Chess.com was down...I ended up playing at a weird little site where players wager fake coins when they play.  Personally I think it encourages a weird hostile environment.  People upping the ante and the like...put me off.
