Moderators can not do anything either? To me, it is obvious that it i a very unsportmanship behaviour

Don't name and shame players in the forums. And as the supreme commander already said, it sucks but you can't do anything about it. The joys of online chess.

if he is taking 10 days of vacation in a row he will run out very quick. You do not have unlimited vacation time, and there is a cap to how much you can have. So this "problem" is a temporary one that will fix itself.
In the meantime, his remaining vacation time is his to use.
