The majority of players who play livechess do not play such long time controls (Personally for me, it gets quite boring past 15 minutes) partially since they don't want to face cheaters.
You can see that most of the people with +2000 ratings on livechess are titled players also and most of them have barely played any games, i.e. they were given said rating but rarely play live chess.
If you are asking to limit your seeks? Go to your custom time control and set the limit to 2000 by doing it here:

I like to play games with time controls 30-45 min each so that I could improve my games. Are there players with 2000+ rating who play long games because I see most of them play blitz and it's difficult for me to find someone to play with.
