Yes it happens always
Anyone tilt just before they reach a big milestone.

Not high enough considering that I can play like a 2200 without tilting
If you could play like a 2200 you'd be 2200

True, but the problem is everyone I play around the same rating also plays like 2200. The rating system has some flaws.

It happened for a very brief moment before I hit 1000, although it a lot hit harder after I hit 900.

I was 788 and 2 games away from 800 ELO, but I tilted and dropped to 763. Does this happen to anyone else?
Dropping about 40 points isn't so bad. I wouldn't call that tilt - I'd just call it rating fluctuation.

I'm now 1000 ELO lol. Can't believe this was 18 days AGO!
