playing arena tournaments has destroyed my soul please advise!

so I decided to finally play arena tournamenta mainly 3 plus 0 blitz ones my rating was well over 1900 when I did. and somehow I kept on getting destroyed by virtually everyone. that was yesterday put me on tillt so today I played just normal blitz and got rating up to high 1800s again. and played more tournaments and I got destroyed by everyone even worse!!! I really don't understand it and was close to a breakdown how I could lose to virtually every lower rated player or basically anyone and my rating got destroyed barely mid 1700s. I had been maintaining high 1800s to mid 1900s for a long while without any issues. granted I don't play like a typical 1900 but it works for me just bit in arena, is everyone multi account, sand bagging engine??? please any advice will help. I don't think I'll ever play a tournament again the thing is I know I will get my rating back with in a couple of days playing normal blitz... thanks for reading and all advice appreciated!

Yeah I get that but I only heard of arena shenanigans before but u thought I'd be different as my rating is higher than average lol

its cheater infested lol always some 1000 beating an 1800 there

So they took about 2 days but rating back up to around 1950 lol boy those arenas not for me
