Either plastic or wooden it doesn't matter, have you ever faced the problem that weighted pieces is not always a good idea(to heavy) , especially for playing blitz games.

Have you faced another very common problem with weighted pieces ,their weights come out, the metal leads inside the pieces especially during blitz. Do you think only plastic chess sets will drop weights or wood too or its just cheaply made ones?

urk
You seriously think weighted pieces are too heavy for speed chess?? Triple weighted is just fine.

What's annoying are pieces that are too light and keep falling over.

I once played with waited pieces and they took 8 times longer to move.

What urk said.

Also I've used a lot of different weighted sets, wood and plastic and the only time I've ever had a weight fall out was when I dropped a plastic piece off of a tall bar table. Piece didn't break and the weight just popped back in. Even if it didn't just pop in like it did, I carry super glue in my chess bag just incase.

I understand you love to troll, so i will treat this thread with the same seriousness i treat all of your threads.  Now keeping that in mind, please take my answer on the same level of rediculousness as your posts.

If you even think an ounce....semi ounce...gram...etc. is going to make a difference, you suffered a head injury.

I never troll , as I have a purpose in life not like some. My thread is very intelligent and interesting and also halpful, this particular thread concentrates on buying chess pieces especially if you play blitz often and what problems you could face with it. Some people I've met personally complained that it's just wrong to play blitz with heavy pieces and they must be light or slightly light and also I've seen and heard, that plastic chess pieces often loose their weights so....

If you don't like my threads , don't post your garbage here I'm not interested in it .

Blocked. Have a nice day.
