Playing people in given rating range in blitz

I really need to play people in range + or - say 50 or 100 in blitz 5|5 but there doesn't seem to be a way to do this - or am I being dim?
I don't like wasting time for the opponent who gets a pathetic game, and me who learns nothing!
You can edit your rating range. Go to Settings->Live Chess-> and change your incoming and outgoing rating range. Good luck with your chess

You can also create a Custom Challenge that lets you set your range.
Thanks Lee and Martin. I do not have these options - maybe they are for paid accounts only? (happy to pay of course!)
I have got the answer from Chess.com's help service: this setting is only available from the web interface, not in the Android app. I have requested that this very useful setting be added to the app.

It's available in the app, but is under Custom Game
