every match at start of game playing and time is good but after few seconds I suffer from hang in time and game not working and I can't play or move any peice and in the end I lose the game

Sometimes a piece might be pinned, or it is just a lag. An absolute pinned piece is a piece that cannot be moved because it will expose your king to danger.
