your weaknesses are both positional and tactical. you need to work on your game. you have a lot of scope for improvement. you spot basic tactics but overlook your opponents options.

One of your weakness is you need to practice tactical part. I took a quick look at one of your games from the link http://www.chess.com/livechess/game?id=563774085. On move 11, you should do Bxh7+. If Kxh7 or Nxh7 , Rxd4 which will get a pawn back and will make the game even at that point.
