Please restore the old bot settings that provided optional help

Hello,

I have a diamond account.  It seems when I switched credit cards for my payment method my account reset somehow.  Now, I don't have the help levels available that I often used when playing bots.  Features like suggestion arrows, move feedback and takebacks are gone. 

Please restore the help levels when playing bots.

Bot customization options and challenge levels are gone for everyone. It seems that they are bringing some options back, don’t know when, don’t know for certain. Someone at chess.com got picky and strict about us getting two stars when using some guidance, feedback or assistance while playing against bots and they decided to drop all features (eval bar, move feedback, threats, suggestion arrows, engine lines, hints and take backs, etc) all at once and leave only hints and take backs. The feature downgrade is honestly dissapointing and even more dissapointing when you know that a whole team agreed to drop them.
