Bold predictions. Has Kramnik won a tournament since the 2013 World Cup? He seems to have an even or +1 score in every tournament he plays, which is enough to maintain a 2800 rating, but not enough to win any trophies.

Indeed. And now also with Biel report before the last round. Oh, by the way, Daniel King (or maybe the other commentator) said that they saw Hou Yifan having breakfast at 8 am already, being one of the early ones there. So she may not be having problems playing the last round at 11 am already, which is for many players a very early hour.
