point system...so I beat my last two opponents who were (1271) and (1253) I'm (1096) they both resig

I'm pretty certain if a player resigns very early in an opening or before the first move has been made then neither player's ratings will be effected.

I believe both players must make 4 moves before the game finishes for there to be any rating adjustment.
You lost both games by checkmate, I don't know what you're talking about.
Your necrobumping has misled you. Go back 29 days, to July 5, there you will discover the games played between the OP and marcocucco, (1248) in 24 moves, and gaurav19830605, (1271), in 74. OP's 1096 rating is stated as the rating of the second game referenced. (As an increase from the 1082 before.) You will need to scroll to the bottom 3 games listed, where they will be second and third to the bottom.
The OP seems to have gained rating for the second match, (1082-1096,) though given the limit of the games, as well as the diverse kind of matches, (reducing the number of rating changes that can be seen per game type rating,) the first change is unregistered, but presumably a rating increase was granted similar to the second game that was "missed." Previous responders failed to actually view the games they were trying to explain, the correct answer most likely being that the rating gain was unnoticed, by the OP, not missed by the site.

Oh wow, I just realized his post is 29 days old, why do people revive old threads, lol.
Yeah, I just checked, you're right. My apologies.
