It is curious that Fischer is a deity without a valid passport, but you can't bring up those issues with Fischer lovers, including the ones in prison for a variety of heinous acts.
Poll!

I may have mentioned this already- I'm too happy that Trysts is back with us!
Does something weird happen to you when you are "too happy"?

I am also too happy with my good selfs. Bumping and jumping all the way. And nothing weird will happen to me nor MrToad.

Okay I can understand "very happy" or "extremely happy" but the word "too" gives a negative connotation to the word happy; just like "too sick", "too hot", "too cold" and above all "too stupid". However just go ahead and be too happy.

We might (all of us) simply be too happy not to be...HAPPY.
But I'm sure the feeling will pass, quickly.
Then we can all return to that free-wheeling, caustic invective we all know and love from our forum experiences. It's only a matter of time.
Most of the time, these forums are "way too deep" for me to ever figure out.

The expressions used here by Toad and myself, are quotes out of a great book. Your reaction is understandable. It is an inside joke. Very much inside. Kind regards.

No Man is an Island?
But @HessianW is better thought of as "a committee," with lots of back-benchers that weigh in, vigorously.

What about the Isle of Man?

What about the Isle of Man?
It used to be the Isle of Man, but now, given contemporary sensibilities, they call it the Isle of Person.
Or old friends returning to the site, to liven the place up.
Great thread. Missed it 11 months ago. Must have been brain dead around that time. My loss.
