Now that that's out of the way....DOWN to business. It seems that the School Board has intervened. It seems that many of the posters in MY topics are not up to par. The Board looks at that as a FAILING of the teacher....ME. It reflects poorly on me. I have a PROBLEM with that.
Many of the posters in my topic are struggling with BASIC chess opening theory. I thought I made it quite clear that Basic Chess Concepts 101 was a prerequisite for posting in MY topics.
I don't want to do this, as it hurts the entire community as a whole, but it's POP QUIZ time. It's time to EXPEL certain individuals.

However, I'll play along, the answer is H.
Actually I do agree that 1.d4 is the best move, but the Queen's gambit is just terrible I play d4 d5 Bg5.
Love the Levitsky!! My first draw with a strong A class player began this way, but I reserve it as a surprise weapon. The Queen's Gambit suits me well.
But the Bg5 can be played against a few of common black responses for example 1.d4 f5 2.Bg5 is the Hopton Attack, and my favorite is 1.d4 Nf6 2.Bg5 the Trompowsky Attack.
When I played the Levitsky OTB, I thought I was playing the Trompowsky. I learned the correct name after the game.
My OTB draw against a FIDE master began 1.d4 f5 2.Nc3 d5 3.Bg5. I was white.
