Who is winning in this position? I am playing as white against a super super hard computer that has crushed me in a dozen moves or less often, and ive gotten this far against it, I feel like im doing well but am not sure.

I say that white is slightly better. If its white to move; I think i would play e4.

Yes, its my move, I was thinking about the same move too! Then playing my bishop to g5 so I can undermine the stringent d7 square.

Hi newplayer10101--it depends slightly on whose turn it is, but this position is fairly even-steven.  You can see the pawns are exactly symmetrical and white just has a normal space advantage thanks to moving first.  No obvious tactics stand out though, and black will soon unravel himself with ...a6, ...Qc7, ...Rd8, ...b5, ...Bb7, etc.  You're doing fine here, but unless you're Korchnoi/Karpov, that slight positional edge is unlikely to be enough for victory.
