Positional Player vs Tactical Player

At higher level chess, you really need to master both. In my more recent years, I have gravitated toward openings where I can play similar pawn structures every game. This allows me to somewhat control the tactics that my opponent can play.
For example, if I'm playing black and I put a pawn on c6 early in the game, then that stops white from putting a knight on b5. (Where they often like to go.) This in turn means I don't have to worry about that knight on b5 jumping into c7 and forking my king and rook. A positional idea (..c6) which prevents a tactical idea (Nc7+) from ever occurring.
The two go hand in hand - the more chess you play, the more sense it makes!

tactical, i hope to improve my game.
Of course you gonna improve it, as long you gonna practice a lot.

Are you a Positional Player or a Tactical Player?.
Yes.
What do you mean yes?, you have to choose only one.
