possibility of being in a 'cheater pool'?

There's no such thing as a cheater pool. There's is a poor sportsmanship pool.

Interesting, I live on a farm with particularly bad internet, I wonder if that would affect a sportsmanship rating..

if they are in a poor sportsmanship pool, they already have poor sportsmanship so why wouldn't they cheat?

Most people don't.

The blitz pool is tough - especially if blitz is not your specialty.
Don't worry about cheaters ... if you run into any, the system will likely catch them (sooner or later). Instead, just focus on what you can control: your own moves.
Analyze your losses. Learn from your mistakes. Do this consistently, and your blitz skills (and your rating) will begin to climb higher.
