Possible Solutions to Live Problems

This is not a discussion about cheating, or naming names; I would like to have a discussion about what type of measures can possibly work in revealing who may be cheating. Hear me out for just 1 minute; I think there may be a way to increase the enjoyment of those of us who want to play chess for fun and lower the frustration at the same time.

One solution I can think of is if Chess.com did a "performance rating" of each and all games played, like they can do for pro-players to see just how strong they were playing per game/tournament. When someone has a 2500 performance rating or over during one of their games, make an announcment to all at the live area of the site. The alert tab (you would know what this is if you go to the live section) could say say something like "So and so has just had a 2900 performance rating!", which would be nice because if someone is that good, I would like to watch their games and maybe learn from them; on the other hand, if they are at most a 1500 player, then that could be a warning sign of someone "possibly" cheating. I think this would be really fantastic, especially for the live tournaments. Not only will this help clean up the live area, it will also give those of us looking to improve to see just how well we are doing with our training.

Let me know what you think; hopefully something good will come out of it. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

Here's a screenshot from another site that I am now playing at where they show you your Performance Rating per game played. This shot is after 4 games; as you can see I have a rating of around 2000 for nearly all 4 games. I know I am not a 2000 level player but against the competition at the site, I seem to perform well enough to achieve this PR.
