We should be able to post immediately a game, without several steps. Just a link “post the game” and chose where to post it - that’s it. It should also be possible for not paying members to analyse a game with a friend. Like in another website that I know.

The steps allow you to customize what will display, to decide on the move to display, to add annotations or to make a puzzle.
Do you want to add the game to forum, to a blog, to an article?
If it takes 10-30 seconds now, that is not a bad thing.
And it's nice you think everything should be free for everyone. It just doesn't work that way in the real world.

Free, well, sometimes I want to show a game to a friend, but I have to upload the game in another website and analyse it there. It would be a way to motivate people to come here. At the end we are going regularly to the other website.
And why 30 seconds? It could be done in one second with the possibility to comment the game immediately.
