Don't you think 75 is quite a lot? I mean, I saw some IMs or NMs without TT rating... Maybe 25?
Post your OTB, Online and Tactics rating! - Graphs done

USCF 1613 (accuracy questionable, it's a bit out of date)
Online recently hovers right around 2050
Tactics Trainer recently around 1950

Thank You. According to this http://www.glicko.net/ratings/rating.system.pdf 1613 is around 1430 ELO. Looking at this number, it has to be outdated.

1356 blitz
Let me give an example:
IM Alejandro Moreno
Online chess rating: 2730
TT rating: 2791
FIDE rating: 2391
However, majority of players are rated much lower than that, so they don't need an informations about ratings above 2500.

My official rating is 1415,though last time that changed was three years ago,
Online-1708.
Chess Mentor-1775.
Tactics-1478.

Thank You very much. Although I will consider not including your TT rating - you've done very little tactics and according to other ratings it should be at least around 1700 - 1800. Other informations will greatly contribute, thank you again!

You should create a form at wufoo to gather the data. It's free and far less work for you, and you won't have any copy/paste errors.
I created one for this topic, and was thinking of doing another to compare ratings at different chess sites with FIDE/USCF.

A, I remeber that, I've actually done it. Thank You, I'll consider that and maybe do it until tomorrow. Unfortunately, I cannot confirm data from that side by visiting members' profiles.
I would like to make a comprehensive chart of correlations between Chess.com Online chess ratings and FIDE rating, so that many players which are now just speculating about their real-life rating on the basis of Chess.com's one, will be able to get a roughly accurate assessment.
To do that, I will need a data of at least 100 players for each correlation graph.
Naturally, there are some rules:
1. You must have at least 20 finished rated Online games to get your data included. Do not post only your peak ratings, but rather your current rating.
2. You must have at least 75 TT tactics finished.
3. Please, post only your real, FIDE (or any other chess organisation) -approved ratings. If you have ECF or Uscf ratings, please convert it to ELO at at least 3-digit accuracy, or let me convert your ratings myself.
If any of your ratings FLUCTUATES a lot, please give your most common rating at 3-digit accuracy. Do not give your peak rating.
Example: if you get a rating 1900 here and there, drop to 1780 sometimes, but your rating is normally in high 1880s, just give me a rating of 1880.
Thank You all for your contributions!
