I made my last move after having some beers. At the moment I submitted the move, I knew that I had screwed it up (49. Ne5+ was an easy win):

At least five times at Lightning chess(1/0) where i was moving very quickly to gain some time out of the opening...

save premoves for the end, there's still a minute on your clock no time pressure!

Maybe not my most embarassing, but the end is pretty high up there.  Seriously, how did I not win up all that material.

My most embarrassing game that I can recall is my one agaisnt MSC157. I don't recall the full game but we followed the famous Anand Kasparov blitz match until I was up about 4 pawns.

We drew.

Now, I can't resist posting one of the most embarrassing games my friend played:
