How can you make 33 moves in 3 seconds !!!!!!

By premoving. Enable premoves in the settings, then move your pieces as if it were your turn. Premoves are limited to one at a time on the iOS app, and ONLY the iOS app. Everyone else can queue up multiple premoves, though.

It's possible to complete 30 premoves in 3 seconds, though likely in only simple positions where illegal moves are unlikely.
