He's the WC but that doesn't mean there's nothing left to achieve. He could aim for longest time as WC, breaking the 2900 rating barrier, starting a chess school, inventing an opening, etc, etc. When people achieve their main goal they do tend to set new goals.

I would be surprised if Carlsen is champion for less than 10 years. I suspect it will be closer to 20 then 10.
