Just solve tactics puzzles as many as you can. And stop playing blitz for a while. Play 30 min game to prepare you for 60 min games.

Preparation would be better if you had weeks if not several months instead of a few days. I agree with mandy711, work on tactical puzzles and stop any speed chess. I'd throw in also try to shore up your openings that you plan to play, if you are planning any specific openings. Have fun!
