play slower games like daily or thirty minute.

Play quicker games.

For example, when I was playing a lot of 5-minute blitz games, 10 minute games feels slow (and 30-minute games feels like an eternity).  Now that I mostly play 30+ minute games, I just can't handle 5-minute games anymore (I'd either make terrible moves because I worry about time or I just run out of time).

I remember that I used to calm myself in a long game when I'm down to only 5 minutes by thinking to myself: "hey, don't sweat it, that's enough time for a full game".  Although I still do, but I'm only fooling myself (can't play 5-minute games anymore).

So, in order to get better at short games, play a lot of shorter games!

Agree with most of the comments.A regular blitz 10 minutes player ,I find it difficult to adjust to the time.Losing from a sure winning position .Losing from  a position (winnable) with less than 20 seconds on the clock for both players etc.are depressing.
