Problem to play new games!

I can’t play anymore. I don’t know what it’s happening. I press new game or to create new challenge and stay searching for ages. Until two days ago, I pressed and in seconds someone play with me. Now, just stay searching and nothing.
did you do anything to your settings?

sometimes i mess up and add a weird increment to the “standard” live game people play

I checked everything. I try connect different WiFi and 4G. I delete and install the app again. Nothing change ☹️
are you playing on the app only?
i only ask because only play on app and i have been having some issues with it- though not necessarily in live chess
there are times where i try to start the app and chess.com servers dont “recognize “ me a couple of times here and there; i have seen myself “disconnect” a few times on my ipad (suspect this is my dodgy wifi router though)
i know if you seach through the app you can find the link to contact chess.com directly and tell the, the problem
