Problem With My Chess Rating

My live chess rating has shot up from 1444 to 1580+ in one game (which I lost).

I have played hundreds of games and never has this happened apart from when I joined years ago at 1200.

There must be a mistake.

What can I do?

As this rating does not reflect my live ability
