Problem with pre-moving

I just lost a completely won game on time, when pre-moves were taking almost 2 seconds, I made about 3 or 4 in a row and lost by 4 seconds, as a result, I should have definitely won on time. No way, my opponent pulled the time back, now I’ve lost rating because of the system failing…
Bump, I’ve just played a second game in a row, lost because of time, my opponent proclaimed I would lose early on, somehow there clocked seemed to run really slowly, they were objectively bad, yet I lost because they somehow pulled ahead by over a minute and I wasn’t playing slowly, something very dodgy going on!
Make that 3 games in a row!!!
