Problem with Settings Staying Put

Who else is tired of the problem under Settings\ All Settings\Live Chess\Play where when you change the Outgoing ratings challenge to whatever - it resets back even after pressing Save. This setting is constantly reverted to "infinity." I have reported the bug numerous times with zero response from anyone at Chess.com. I also know others have reported it with no response. Why is this an issue? Other chess sites have no problem with this setting. Why is it so difficult for the premier pay site?
