chess.com app on my android is even worse,it can't be open recently and there is information that my chess app must be updated but after uninstalling it and reinstalling it still it can't be open,please chess.com solve my problem
It works just fine for me. I am very happy with it. Maybe it is on your phone of internet connection?

How recently did you try? It sounds like you have a problem that was supposedly fixed earlier.
Hey hey... staff's.. Can the most recent version of the Android app work on Android 4.2.2... Am having a similar problem with post #5... And I can't use an older version cos it no longer supported.... Thx 👋
I can't recall from your other posts about the issue but did you ever open a ticket? Post #5 is about a different issue with the Classic app not working anymore, or at least I think it is.
Your problem is probably that something the app now relies on doesn't exist in your version of Android.
My biggest problem with the Android app is that it always says I have a move waiting in Daily chess, even if I do not. I find I have to close the app and restart it to get the information corrected.
BTW, on Android when I say close the App I mean tap the "Apps List" button (square button) and slide the Chess.com app off screen. For those who aren't aware, that stops the app and when it relaunches it resyncs its data, without resetting user information.
Technical staff are looking at upgrading the Amazon apps to https as well as implementing V3 - not sure how long that will take, though. This is separate from the existing version being unsupported, which should have been resolved a few hours ago.

Hello! App keeps showing 'App version not supported, please update banner'. Updated, banner still popping up. Reinstall app, banner is still there and on top of that cannot log in using the Facebook button.
Have the same problem as post #16, just stopped working a few minutes ago, need to update, update what? there is no update version or button.
What has happened to app? Shows App version not supported, please update. Uninstalled and reinstalled it numerous times. But still the same. Play store doesn't show any new version
