problème ligue

je joue à chess.com depuis peut, et j'ai vu que les "ligue" existait, je me suis donc renseigné puis je les ait rejoind, seulement, des que je rejoins des ligues elle, sont terminer depuis plusieur mois. seriez vous m aidez ?

League divisions reset every Sunday at 12 pm US Pacific time. If you don't promote to a new league, you won't be placed into a new division until you play your first game of a week. It looks like you don't play very often so you wouldn't be placed in a new division due to that.
You are currently in one and gaining trophies.
We were competing in champion League and one guy left thé division. We are now 29 only and we çant compete anymore. What to do to résumé that league stuff ?

There was a bug last week that was quickly fixed but some divisions are in a stuck state.
Staff are working on a process to identify all impacted divisions and fix them. My understanding is they'll promote those that qualify though I don't know how quickly that will be fixed.
