You are comparing OTB to online ratings, I think his OTB rating is now something over 1500, which would be less then 100 in 2 years time gape. Unfortunetly, I do not trust 2292 standard rating with just 31 games played. I do not like making a direct comparison to OTB and Online.

The stat that jumps out at me is his blitz rating. This is a tough rating pool and he's in the 1900s with lots of games. Congratulations young man! And now I have to paste something. It's in my contract...
