I dunno, I think Topalov's suit would have had difficulty getting through (unless nudity was mandatory, in which case there was actually a dress code :P )

I think it could be successfully argued that Topalov's clothing violates the Geneva Convention....or any other rules of war, for that matter ;p

No, do sing, humm, or whistle. It distracts you opponent if they care to look at you in the beginning of the game. I bet Topolav's outfit was on purpose to distract his opponent.

Oh man, sometimes I it is hard to come up with different stories and this one is by far the most crazy one I've read at chess.com.  In case you care to know, I beleive your story.  In a nudist resort I would be at the beach rather than looking at the squares.  Cheers.
