One is called calculation obvious how that works, then the hand. The hand is making moves that one already knows works in the past without much calculation.
Puzzle battle
How do pros do 40 puzzles at least for 3 mins. The max I could do was only 34 or sometimes 35 consistently...
34-35 consistently is still super high. I'm sure with this ability, you sort of already know how they can get 40+ in 3 min puzzle rush. I think you might just have trouble internalizing it. So without the mystery, what am I talking about?
Pattern Recognition!
Titled players (pros) and high rated amateur players can reach really high puzzle rush scores in 3 min because they subconsciously know the solution almost instantly! Watch someone like @Hikaru solve timed puzzle rush and you'll quickly see that they solve so quickly, that there isn't even enough time to count material, or calculate a ton...that is because they usually don't. They recognize chess patterns they have seen before and then calculate the few remaining details quickly.
Increasing pattern recognition is mostly about experience, practice and exposure to many patterns which you eventually learn well (and once learned well, internalizes into your subconscious).

Ah, I see...

Consistent 35s in puzzle battle is probably enough to be rated over 2200.
My best score in puzzle battle is 50, but I still regularly get sub 25. Consistency is more important than top scores, if you keep scoring in the mid 30-s then eventually you'll have a lucky run and hit the 40 mark.
