Puzzle goals explanation available on computer but not on phone

I've noticed that on my computer I can pick between having the "guide" tell me the goal of a puzzle or not, without this affecting my rating.
Consequently, I've also noticed that these goals are available on the computer but if chess.com is played on a phone (for example Iphone) there are no goals explained for each puzzle.

Why is there a difference between goals explanations between the computer and phone?
And a more general question about game design, having the goal of a puzzle explained is a huge advantage. Does that mean that playing on the phone without being able to have the goals explained is always going to be a disadvantage?

I agree, it should be available on mobiles.

I have the same problem with the app (updated as of this post) on my Android phone. No puzzle goals are shown.

Where do you see it? I do not see it (on latest android / updated chess app)

Did they remove the puzzle goal option? I no longer see it in settings either.
