Puzzle rating is broken

Since the new ratings were implemented, ratings change arbitrarily when I look at stats. Today for example, I did some puzzles and watched my rating climb to 1810. Then I looked at stats and it said my puzzle rating was 1752. Then I went back to puzzles, and yup, my rating was now 1752, despite it being 1810 a minute earlier without me playing any puzzles.

I know after the migration, members not using the Collect Puzzle Points feature were still seeing the old ratings in the post puzzle screens. I believe web was fixed but the apps might not have the fix yet.
