Puzzle Rush leaderboard wrong?

I suppose this question has been asked before but I can't find it on "searching".

What you see in the graphics below happens to me every day. I set a score in puzzle rush survival which entitles me to a place on the daily leaderboard - in this case #7. However, my name is not there and I am given a much lower placing, this time #19. To say the least, that is an inconsistent leaderboard table and is most frustrating. Can anybody explain it? Is it a known bug?

This screenshot was taken immediately after I finished my survival rush turn. So this was the first display of my score and the leaderboard. There were no older versions requiring updates. Also, this happens every day and every time I look at the updated rankings. The 24 hour window presumably shifts but somehow the 24 hours for my score never appear to coincide with the 24 hours window of the leaderboard. It is as if the window for my daily score is 72 hours instead of 24. Completely crazy!

Interestingly, for the 1st time, my daily survival score is now consistently ranked on the leaderboard. I'll follow it during the day to see where it goes 

One more wish is to see some of the scores better than mine such that I know where the competition stands. Someone listening in, may be? 

I don't understand how the bug reporting is supposed to work so I use various ways. When I use the "report a bug" function, I never hear anything back, This thread is another way.

Yesterday, the situation seemed to have dramatically improved  (see my last post) but I'll have to see if that was pure luck or a systemic improvement. May be, chess.com was already working on the leaderboard issues.

Thnx! I may have to do that since things are still not right. I think they cant'find a good algorithm to generate a daily leaderboard that reflects the ongoing changes by numerous survival attempts.

Has this issue been resolved? I'm having the same problem today. Spent about 8 hours on puzzle rush survival and made my personal best (score of 60), yet I'm not appearing on the leaderboard, which is really disappointing:

The puzzle rush leaderboard seems broken.  The "all time / friends" leaderboard does NOT show my all time best score for all types: 3, 5, and survival.    Instead, it shows my most recent score.

That is a list of the best 5 minute scores, not the survival scores.

Also broken for me. I had a 53 score. It doesn't show up on the leaderboard and also not at my personal best.

The leaderboard for Puzzle Rush shows the best 5 minute scores.

It shows five minutes in parentheses. It doesn't show survival scores.

Over two years later, and the issue still remains. I see that the puzzle rush survival friends leaderboard does not show my best score, or the best score for some of my friends. And this is not some issue of "oh it takes a little while for the boards to update," because my best score happened a few months ago, and *still* it does not show up!

I am 57 in puzzle rush and It still says 48 in survival all-time puzzle rush.

Does it take 24 hours before the leaderboard changes?

Quick question. I’ve been playing Puzzle Rush Survivor and I got to 52, but when I go to the leaderboard among friends is not updated?
It’s been more than a month. (Still showing the old one at 47). What can I do to get that updated?

I have no clue. Haven't played Puzzle Rush for several years. Best to send it as a "bug report".

You can send as many bug reports as you want, but all you get back is we are working hard to fix the bug, which is after four years is a complete crock of ****
