I'm 62 and place emphasis on learning and not speed. I would rather learn than be fast for the sake of "points".

How much of a rating change is going to depend on the puzzle rating (backend ratings not what's in the UI) compared to your rating and the time to solve.
I didn't lose more than 17 in any of my last 25 puzzles based on my ratings

Do you recommend me select hard or extra hard

When was the old algorithm changed?
For most members, a few months ago I believe.

How does the algorithm behave if my average game rating is too old or its RD too high? I practically don't play games on Chess.com, just puzzles.
