I've come across puzzles where an alternative solution has bought the same results, but because it isn't their solution, it's wrong. Just now, the objective was to win material, which I did, with no danger to my attacking piece. There is no share option, so I can't show you. Anyone else encountering this?

Can you provide an example? The vast majority of the puzzles only have a single solution. Those that don't should be reported but usually there's a defense that make the alternate not work.

As above, there's no share function or option to copy to messages. The puzzles aren't numbered.

You say "the vast majority," that would indicate that some do have alternative solutions, proving my point. Never mind. It's not the end of civilization as we know it. I'll soldier on.

Thanks for reply.

Just found an example! I can't show you, as above, but the puzzle's objective is to win an enemy bishop. (these are the tier puzzles btw) Both white bishops are on the same rank, three squares apart, and if I move my rook to that rank I am between them. So which bishop is the correct one to take (according to the puzzle) I'm presented with a 50/50 chance. I may as well flip a coin.

Surprise....I guessed wrong.
