I believe this is pretty much the same pawn structure as the Yugoslav, but against other Sicilians than the Dragon:

It's perfectly legal for the R to move through a controlled square when castling Q side.
If you like to attack on the king side you could try out the kings indian attack. In this opening you dont castle queenside, but usually you get a quick kingside attack.
