Queen-side castling

I am a beginner chess player. I am playing a lot with the computer on Chess.com website. I am able to do King-side castling but not Queen-side castling. Is it possible to do Queen-side castling when playing with the computer on this website?

You’re probably attempting to place the king on the wrong square. Move it over two spaces to the C1 square.

And also make sure you know all the rules, for example you cannot castle while in check, nor through check, nor if you moved your king or the rook you are castling to.

It should be. What happens when you try queenside castling? Not quick enough. :/
