Je no parle francais, Je compren en petit. CAN STAFF LOOK AT THIS PLEASE! I think he's saying, when he gets a pawn to the 8th rank, the white square with the 4 options of piece promotion, does not appear on his screen.

No, I think he's talking about time after the promotion is done, not sure what the problem is though...
Edit - Maybe he's saying he can't play on after promotion because his time's elapsed?
Tell him to stay on this thread. I know he's upset, but no need to start 2 more threads.

Even if he submits a ticket now, he'll be frustrated because its Sunday, and they may not answer till Monday; he also needs tech support in french. I only understand a little French.

Don't we already have that in the form of Google Translate? 
To make matters worse, he's using Belgian French (I notice he's using the word "sais" to mean "can", which I believe is Belgian usage. Correct me if I'm wrong though).

well I believe the French "sais" is actually what we mean as "know" in English.
