Rac1 tells you to move the rook from the a file to c1
Rec1 tells you to move the rook from the e file to c1.
You would use this when you have two rooks that can go to the same square.

It wouldn't normally be necessary because normally your bishops are on different colors, so only 1 could go to a square.
