Question?????

I received this report from c.c support. I don't chat during games so this is very confusing to me! I think I am being accused falsely in my opinion. Whoever I've offended please come to me so I can know what I did wrong. Now I am just very confused and with no understanding will probably be banned and never know why!!!. Please help me!!!

It definitely sounds like a 'verbal' offense ....but that is a generic email.

I've lost many privileges for example I can no longer change my Profile image for example!!!

why would you talk trash during any game with another when more trash can be talked in clubs than ever before ?

That’s what you get as a warning before you get muted. I got that warning and then muted 3 times for running clubs and contacting club members.

Got nothing to do with chatting in games.
