Question for Coaches: Chess Books for 10-Year-Olds

My son is 10 years old and plays at around 1400-1500 level in Lichess. I was wondering if anyone could recommend any good books for him. I ask this because, though there are thousands of good books on chess, many have vocabulary that is beyond most 10-year-olds. I figure that there will be some coaches on here who can definitely help here. Thanks.

Roughly 1400-1500 lichess is probably about 1100-1200 chess.com rating. There are definitely beginner-friendly books they could learn from, but with their current rating and the fact that they are 10 years old, I'd actually recommend waiting a little bit on chess books. Books are very time consuming and they may benefit more from chess YouTube videos, solving chess puzzles and routinely analyzing their own chess games.

I didn't begin reading chess books until I was about 1500 or so myself. I love the book by IM Jeremy Silman, How To Reassess Your Chess 4th edition, but this is probably a smidge over their head right now as most of the puzzles in that book are 1600-2000 level range (easiest puzzles in that book are 1400 and hardest are over 2200). That book is also something like 500 pages, but maybe when they are about 1600 chess.com rating, this book might be a good one to explore.
