Question: How Much Do You Like Chess.com?

How much do you like Chess.com?

1-3 It is Terrible. Nothing works on this Site. I don't like Chess Anyway.

4-6 It is Okay. I am not interested, but once in a while, I'll play on Chess.com.

7-9 It is Great. I really like it. Love all the features.

10 It is Awesome. I come on Chess.com Daily, I play Live Chess and Online Chess everyday, as well as Spending time in the Fourms, and Chatting with Friends.

I give it a 9

I get perks here as an FM with brand X DOES NOT

i love it already! :) i have it on my ipad 2 & ipod 4. also, im not trying to be mean... but, though it is a good question, i think if people have problems they should post it to the staff & not on fourms because, it isn't good for new members to see it because they might get worried when it's just that person's laptop. sorry, i don't mean to be rude & im not trying to argue or prove a point at all. my name is Christina. i want to be a girl chess player to prove to girls everywhere that girls CAN play chess! :)

well I really love chess.com, I play here daily, have a diamond membership, and spend time on forums, but I agree that improvment are defenetly possible...

so maybe a 9.5497

Really whats not to like.

They are developing a great kids section which I hope will get my daughters interested. 

You can play chess on the site, and they offer great videos and other learning tools like chess mentor and train against the computer etc.

Lots of forums for chess fans to talk about chess stuff. 

Is there really anything that comes close to competing?

I give it a 10.

7 for me, chess.com provides users an array of features, wonderful for users like me who log on periodically when totally free.

Sure!  Interesting forums, Chess Mentor, Tactics Trainer, blogs from all sorts of master level players.  Add in a chance to play Nakamura (though I lack the guts to give that a try  )...what's not to love?  Stuff needs to be fixed or changed, but that happens on any site that isn't a stagnant heap and cheaters need to be rousted, but staff (and a bunch of folks burning their own time and cpu cycles to help) do what they can.

I'd give it a 9 only because we all need perfection to strive for. ;)
